Jessica is a Senior Manager in Metrix’s consulting and business advisory practice, specializing in credit union, non-profit and collaborative entities. She has a breadth of experience spanning over eleven years including public sector audit and assurance, business valuations, process improvement, project management, facilitation and adult learning. Specifically, she has over 5 years of dedicated experience leading cross-functional teams to translate strategy into repeatable and measurable business tactics, facilitating strategic alignment and road mapping for executive teams and collaborative entities.
Jessica has extensive experience both in facilitating collaboration and strategy with various stakeholder groups and cross functional teams in person and virtually by employing a variety of platforms and in developing and delivering agile workshops to elevate the performance of individuals and organizations. She has experience in facilitating collaborative alignment in executive groups as large as 30, leading strategic and staff planning sessions with groups as large as 75 and presenting to audiences as large as 200 people.
Her foundation as a designated CPA, CA combined with her ACMP Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) designation, along with her experience, all contribute to the value she provides her clients, particularly in leading organizational and finance change. Her breadth of experience in this arena includes project/change leadership for pricing strategy and model development, ERP implementations, large scale finance business process transformations and balanced scorecard development.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cross-country skiing and is a certified yoga instructor and enthusiast!
